What to expect when you order Atwater's Thanksgiving online.


When can I pick up my order?

All orders must be picked up on Wednesday, November 24th - the day before Thanksgiving. 
 

When does ordering close?

All orders must be placed by 3:00 pm Sunday, November 21st.
 

Can I adjust my order?

Yes! You can adjust your order up until our ordering deadline. Please call our Big Kitchen at 410-644-3435 to adjust your order.
 

What time can I pick up my order?

You must pick up your Thanksgiving order during our hours of operation. 

  • Belvedere: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Canton: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Catonsville: 8 am - 6 pm
  • Kenilworth: 8 am - 6 pm

All locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Delivery


Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver within the Baltimore Metropolitan Area and surrounding communities. If delivery does not come up in check out, then you may not be within our delivery zone, or you did not meet the delivery minimum. 

 

Who will deliver my order?

A member of our Atwater's team will deliver your order - we are not using any third party delivery service for our Thanksgiving orders. Our delivery team will do a contactless drop-off at your door. If you have any special instructions, please let us know in the checkout or send us an email upon ordering. Checkout our all-star turkey team below!

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

It is important that someone is home to receive the order because the items are perishable. You will receive a notification when your order is out for delivery and when your order has been delivered. We will make deliveries between 9 am - 6 pm on November 24th. 

 

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, there will be an additional $25.00 added to your order for local delivery.

How do I reheat my food?

All items that require heating will have detailed instructions on the label. You can also view reheating instructions here

 

Is it really homemade?

Yes! Everything on our menu is made by hand by our dedicated team of chefs and bakers at our Big Kitchen. We strongly believe the best food is made with love and care. That's why our Thanksgiving menu tastes just like it was made at home.
